Inspired in Copenhagen… I tasted something similar in Atelier September and fell in love with it!
Makes 2-3 sandwiches
Preparation time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium-sized avocado
- German rye bread
- chives, chopped
- lemon zest
- d’espelette pepper
- salt flakes
METHOD:
- Cut the avocado into two halves, remove the pit.
- Peel the skin.
- Cut the halves into 1mm slices.
- Put them on the bread.
- Sprinkle with chives, salt, pepper and lemon zest.
